Independently-managed DFI is part of Munich-based Deutsche Finance Group, a global investment manager established in 2005 with €7.7 billion AUM and 120 employees across six international offices. Frank sits on DFG’s Global Investment Committee.

Prior to establishing DFI, Frank spent 6 years as Founding Partner and Senior Managing Director at BLG Capital, Turkey’s leading private equity real estate investment and development firm with over €1.5 billion AUM, from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, he was Director at 3 Seas Capital Partners, one of Turkey’s top ranked M&A and capital advisory firms, and Partner at AccessTurkey Capital Group, one of Turkey’s leading alternative investment management firms. Frank started his career in New York City where he worked for a family office and Newtek Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on investments in business and financial services companies.

Frank serves as Chairman of the Board of Olympia London, the iconic Olympia exhibition centre currently undergoing transformation into a revitalized arts, entertainment and creative business quarter spread over a 14-acre site in central London’s Kensington.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a postgraduate Public Health degree from Columbia University.

Gavin has been involved in over €10 billion of real estate transactions and has extensive cross border expertise, having operated in over 30 countries across Europe, United States and the Emerging Markets.

Prior to establishing DFI, Gavin spent 6 years at a leading emerging market multi-asset class private equity firm with over US$13 billion AUM, from 2010 to 2016. As Managing Director for real estate, he was responsible for origination, investment and asset management activities across multiple markets and investment themes. From 2005 until 2009, he served within the UK real estate finance team at the Royal Bank of Scotland, which managed over £10 billion of UK real estate exposure, where he was responsible for the origination, execution and management of real estate loans and investments across the capital stack, including several landmark transactions. Gavin started his career at the global law firm Allen & Overy, where he completed his training and practised as a real estate finance lawyer from 2002 to 2005.

Gavin serves as Chairman of the Board of Olympia London, the iconic Olympia exhibition centre currently undergoing transformation into a revitalized arts, entertainment and creative business quarter spread over a 14-acre site in central London’s Kensington.

From 2016 to 2017, Juan served as Chief Executive Officer for Vilamoura World, a leading Portuguese master developer. Juan moved to Spain in 2014 with Grove International Partners, after spending 4 years as an investment professional in the pan-European opportunistic team at Deutsche Bank RREEF in London. He started his career as an investment professional at Pegasus Capital (Argentina) and later worked with Och-Ziff and Morgan Stanley, both in New York.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires, a postgraduate Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad del CEMA, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Juan is a CFA Charterholder.

Oliver was responsible for several of the Group’s central London developments including leading on the regeneration of the company’s assets in Victoria, a 22 acre, 2 million square foot masterplan of offices, retail and residential.

He is an FRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.

She started her career in the international valuations business of CBRE.

She holds a German equivalent of Master in Business from the Europa University Frankfurt.
