Special situation to invest into three de-risked residential developments in Costa del Sol at a compelling entry basis

The investment is comprised of three performing residential developments in Costa del Sol at various stages of development for 350+ units. The opportunity was unlocked by acquiring an interest in the developments from one of the previous owners who had defaulted on non-related obligations, with the consent of his creditors. The investment includes an ultra-prime development in Marbella on one of the few remaining beach-front plots, and the potential to acquire a further two upper-mid market developments in Cala de Mijas. All of the plots have progressed through the planning process, thus de-risking, while one of the Mijas projects benefits from significant pre-sales and construction progress.

The development partner is CTH Capital, an independent real estate development and advisory company with a dedicated focus on second home residential developments in the Costa del Sol.
