Special situation to invest into a prime de-risked residential development in the Golden Mile of Marbella.


Prime 64-unit residential development in the Golden Mile of Marbella, in the heart of Spanish Costa del Sol. The opportunity was unlocked by acquiring an interest in the development from one of the previous owners who had defaulted on non-related obligations.

The investment entails a residential development on one of the few remaining beach-front plots, where planning consent was secured and is currently in pre-marketing with construction works expected to start in Q4 2021.

The development partner is CTH Capital, an independent real estate development and advisory company with a dedicated focus on second home residential developments in the Costa del Sol.
